R P Panels keeps stock of the most regularly used profiled panels but sometimes your customer wants something special or you have existing panels to match. If this is the case then our bespoke profiled panels are the answer. This service allows you to choose the groove pattern, distance between grooves and sheet thickness. The profiled panels can be produced using any type of MDF (Standard / MR / FR / Tricoya) and can be supplied as the raw board or pre-primed.
Simply provide us with an email stating quantities, sheet sizes, thickness and material to be used and specify whether it is to be primed or un-primed.
